"System files are corrrupt" sometimes appears on soft-mod 4.2 (sys check included)

Softmodded 4.2 wii a while ago. Changed it over to Fat32 from WBFS backup. Added Movie Player CE and WiiFlow, also forwarder channels for Wiiflox and USB GX(which only works with WBFS).
Played for a few weeks, now we are getting the "system files are corrupt". We can reset with power button and restart and it is fine most of the time.
Is this called a semi-brick? I have Preloader installed and bootmii as IOS. How can I eliminate this message?

    Thank you!

That is called a bannerbrick. It is one of the channels you installed. Have you uninstalled any from the System Menu instead of using a wad manager to do it?

I also suggest you remove DarkCrap before you add to your problems.

Thank you, I don't remember if I did delete any channels on the system menu.
I found Itian's guide to remove darkcorp. and I was unsure of which pack to download or do I need to install IOS236?

    Download ONE of the following:
    cIOS_DARK_236.zip (Requires IOS236 installed)
    cIOS_DARK_249.zip (Requires base38 install on 249)
    cIOS_DARK_250.zip (Requires base38 install on 250)

I did go into WAD manager and ran uninstall on a channel that I'm not sure if I had installed or not.
