Your IOS/cIOS are fine. It's a problem with your HDD or with the game rip/dump.

Make sure your HDD is compatible and formatted correctly, try with Cfg usb loader and rip the game from your original disc.
    Damn I suck!!!!

ok. i figured out what the problem is. Its my DVD drive. I had to replace my motherboard and I think its not compatible with my dvd drive or I damaged the DVD drive during the motherboard installation. Cause it doesnt even play original discs.

I get the following message both from usb loader and when trying to play through a disc:
"An error has occured. Press the eject button, remove the game disc and turn the power off. Please read the wii operations manual for more information"

I thought I could circumvent the problem with the drive by using a usb drve, but now I found that actually the usb loader has to communicate first with the drive to make it think theres a disc in there.

Any advice? especially how to make sure the new dvd drive is compatible with my motherboard?
