CFG USB Loader can't find Wii games

As soon as I get on there it shows a bunch of Wii game cases with '?' on all of them and when I hit the B button it says[*]Select the game you want to boot: >No games found!, I hit the config button '1' to see what version it was and it said Loader Version: 58, IOS250 (r65535) [FRAG], Base: IOS?? DI: 57 mload v1.0, how do I get it working?
My external hd is 250GB NTFS
