I uninstalled DarkCorp 1.1, and this happened. BootMii runs fine. USB Loader GX works just fine with the external HD. No problems with the USB, however I can't update WiiMC nor can I scan through online videos. Whenever I try to update, the installer keeps telling me if I want to uninstall 1.1.1 when I'm trying to install 1.6. Dop-Mii crashes when I try to run an internal scan.

    How can I fix this?

Have you tried updating WiiMC manually?
    WiiMC » Downloads

About Dop-Mii, all the 14.x versions crash when doing a scan. A new version came out yesterday, but I haven't tested it yet. See what version you have.

Got WiiMC updated manually, I mistook the Channel Installer version for the update, thank you. But, I am still unable to scan through online vids. Dop-Mii v15 has worked out quite well, accept for the part where my HBC is now upside down, plus all flash for all ios have been disabled while everything else has been enabled.

Sounds like you installed DarkCrap. >.<
You don't want flash (or anything else) enabled on official IOS's, with the exception of System Menu ones and IOS36. What version of DarCrap/cIOSCrap did you install?

It was 1.1, what a joke that was. I fixed the HBC, apparently patching IOS58 wasn't a good idea. I'm just left with one little problem, everything else seems to have cleared up. Despite being unable to scan, which is something I can live with, there is some crappy audio with youtube vids on WiiMC. Do you have any idea what that could be from?

Try turning the volume to about 50% on WiiMC, and adjusting the volume from your TV. Having the volume set high on WiiMC can sometimes mess with the audio. If that doesn't work, just stick with your computer for youtube videos.
