Blue Disk Light Comes On Anyways, Is It Safe?

I softmodded my wii and i know i have priiloader blocking disc and online updates but last night the disk light began blinking and i know thats a sign of offline updates. Does the blue light do that even if priiloader is blocking updates. maybe i have to unplug my wii at night? Little help telling me if the light is normal.

The only way your Wii could conceivably be updated without user intervention is if you have WiiConnect24 on Standy and had previously accepted updates via this method before. If you have Priiloader installed and enabled AND saved after blocking disc and internet updates, then this is not what you're describing.

LOL! I think I speak for all of us (who participated) we figured you meant externally, lmao. Thread closed as member resolved his own issue.
