Also having a Smash Bros problem!

    Hey guys,
I bought SSBB, retail copy today, and used it for smash stack, and got homebrew on my 4.3u. I cannot play my game disc now all of a sudden, by the time it reaches the menu, I get a white screen, and it basically says, "An error has occurred. Press the eject button, remove the game disc, and power off...". Any idea what this is? I see others have had similar problems, but with a burned copy.

What is the best way to fix this?
    Thanks.

You're saying this behavior is with your retail/original disc? You could post a SysCheck as described here. Post it in a reply to this thread, let's make sure the softmod was correctly done...

No, he doesn't need to update --- he needs to UNSTUB those slots. User either ignored the wiihacks Recommended Guide for 4.3 System Menu and followed a FAILGUIDE, or simply failed at our guide. IDK which it is, but there's little wonder his game isn't working correctly (depending how he loaded it).

My humblest apologies...I remember having to update mine, that must have been what I was going by.

Update most folks think as say IOS Rev 17 to 19, 20, or 21 for IOS 249; or Hermes IOS 222/223 from V4 to V5. An issue of semantics, I simply didn't want the member to be confused by the statement alone. He has NO CIOS right now is the bottom line, and has to unstub those slots and then get'em there, lol.

He can start by clicking on your 4.3 softmod guide link in your signature

I did follow the directions, I just took a wrong turn I think. I did this before last year on a wii, but of course was different with just using an SD to hack, versus the game. I'm kind of at the point where I am not sure where I went wrong and where to go. I fooled around a little and decided to post another syscheck. Hopefully I did something right and not screw myself over more. Appreciate any help and patience. I am reading and trying.
Here's the SysCheck. Let me know where to go from here please.
