Creating a seperate channel for different applications & a couple other weird???'s.

I am a newbie to the Wii homebrewing scene and since I didn't want to be "That guy", I read all the tutorial's and faq's and whatnot prior to embarking on my quest to mod my Wii. (Thanks a ton Messie for the awesome Walkthrough, that was probably the single biggest help.)

I successfully completed the mod, got my external drive humming along nicely with all my stuff on it. (WBFS Manager ROCKS!)

Everything seems to be doing what I want it to do except I am running into two issues/questions. The first being that for some reason I have 2 channels showing the Homebrew channel and I wondered if I could safely remove one and what would be the best method?

My second question is regarding creating a separate channel for different Apps (I.E. USB Loader GX in one Channel, Mame Emulator in another Channel, etc.)

I tried adding the wad and the forward to the wad folder on root of my SD card and installing them with Wad Manager v1.4 but the only Channels that show up are the original 2 mentioned earlier.

If anyone could point me in the right direction to fix these issues I would be greatly appreciative.

Tried again and still running into the same issue, I am sure I must be doing something wrong but I sure can't figure out what it is yet.

Any ideas?

If I figure out what it is before someone else does I will post it here just in case someone else happens to be as big of a bonehead as I apparently am. :o
