    Bootmii IOS black screen

Ive had BootMii installed at an IOS for months now (cant install as boot2), and have been using it for NAND backups (obv.) My last backup was about a month ago so i went to boot up bootmii and my wii becomes unresponsive, i.e the power button doesnt work unless held, wiimotes wont connect, etc. The only things ive done in the last month regarding the wii is install some new games to my HDD, install the gradius games to my wii, delete save data, and update ios54(?) for the shop channel to install the netflix channel. Any ideas why bootmii isnt working all of a sudden? I already tried uninstalling and reinstalling it btw.

The new shopping channel v20 requires IOS56 not IOS54. It sounds like you updated IOS254 to a stub.

No I updated the right one. It worked fine, I just wasnt looking when I originally posted. Thanks, though.

Edit: Is there a way to safely find and fix/delete stubbed IOSs, just in case?

Use MMM. I would suggest Dop-Mii, but the past 3 releases have been very unstable.

Check your VIDEO setting in "SD:\bootmii\bootmii.ini". If it is the wrong setting you can get a blackscreen..

That depends on the TV you are using. I suggest you edit your settings with this:
    BootMii Configuration Editor - WiiBrew

It can be set to NTSC, PAL50, PAL60, or PROGRESSIVE

That's what I figured. I did a test about 2 months ago with different settings. If you are interested in the results, go here.
