Just run the cios installer and use ios250 to install, then you will be back in action.

Or just install IOS249 v17.wad with wadmanager, using ios250 to install

r17 is fine, you could also install r20- it depends on your goals. r20 is great and has many advantages, with a few limitations. I put r17 on 249 and r20 on 250, but you need to install via wad to do that. r17 is only needed by some older apps that do not support the new cios, so it may not even be an issue for you. r17 only support wbfs drives, r20 supports fat32. I recommend fat32, but that is me.

Ok, you kind of confused me. I can't alter the IOS249 so I use wadmanager, load IOS250 and install IOS249 v17 or 20. Will that change IOS249 to IOS249 v17 or 20. If so where can I get 20 and it will allow me load from neogamma, right or do i have to change it so it can?

Of course, if you're not between 3.0 and 4.1 you might wanna say that.

Normally when you start wad manager, it should default to IOS 249. If you removed yours in error, you could manually change it to IOS 250 and install the IOS 249 wad mauifrog mentions to the 249 slot.

LOL, my only contribution other than constructive (and it's meant in passing to be constructive) is to creatively making a point by altering your thread title. Thread titles that actually give our users an idea of what an issue is we always find helpful. This is designed to make you a better user and get you the help you need sooner. Observe:

    [Site Rules Extract]:

    4. In addition to the general guidelines concerning the readability of member posts, titles of posts are important. Members and Moderators have different areas of experience, interest, and expertise. Posting questions in the related Forum location will assist in a response.
    5. Be aware that a response to your query is not a right. All responses are provided on a voluntary basis with priorities given (in descending order) to site donators, Senior Members, Members, Junior Members, and then New Members.
    6. Non-descriptive titles do not allow for responders to select your post for review. Such posts tend to be ignored by most members or edited with sarcastic titles. Examples of post titles that are commonly ignored include:
HELPPPPPPPPP ME! I need help, right now!!!!!
    Won’t someone answer me?
I’m a noobie and need help.
    Auuugggghhhh, I messed up.
