Problem with priiloader install and syscheck

I followed junkmails guide updating my wii: http://www.wiihacks.com/recommended-...d-softmod.html.

For some reason i was not able to install priiloader 0.4: with normal install(+) it says that i need ios61 patched. with ios249(B and +) it installs, but nothing happens after install. I cannot access prilloader pressing reset while turning on my wii(My wii goes to bootmii menu).
    Otherwise updating went well.

Still I wanted priiloader installed, and tried all the quides I found in this site, but the outcome is always the same.

I tried to run syscheck for my wii, to see if for some reason I didn't have the right ios's, but syscheck couln't complete for some reason. It runs ios scanning for some time and then suddenly jumps to bootmii menu. This is what I get for report:
    sysCheck v1.6.2 by Erik Spyder

    Region: PAL
The system menu v450 is running under IOS61 (rev 4890)
    Hollywood v0x11
    Boot2 v2
    Found 91 titles
Found 25 IOS on this console
Found 7 IOS Stubs on this console

Is it possible that faulty ios is cause for this problem and is there need to try brick recovery guides.
I can play games with my wii normally and use wadmanager normally.

Rename the bootmii folder on your SD card and try powering on the wii while holding reset again.
Awesome sig picture does not work

It only boots straight to wii menu. It seems like priiloader is not installed at all, even tough it says install was succesfull(except it said that it couldn't delete two files with error -102)

    EDIT:
I tried using any title deleter, to see if I am able to see all the ios's I have installed(like I have been able to before).
    It gives me this:
Informing Wii that I am God...OK!

    Initializing Filesystem driver...OK!
    Wiping off fingerprints...
    - Deleting ticket file /ticket/00000001/00000000.tik...
Ticket delete failed (No ticket?) -106
    - Deleting title file /title/00000001/00000000... OK!

    Checking system region...

    Pulling sysmenu TMD...
    Pulling sysmenu Ticket...
    Informing the Wii that I am its daddy...Error! ES_Identify (ret = -1017)
    ERROR! ES_OpenContent (ret = -1017)

This is all I get. I think that ES_Identify (ret = -1017) is the same error I got when trying to install priiloader normally.

Ok, I succesfully ran syscheck with v2.0.1 by Double_A (1.6.2 always failed when checking ios vulnerabilities) and this is what I got for report:

    Report generated on 2010/12/11.

I compared my list to the lists given by oddgriffin: http://www.wiihacks.com/recommended-...tem-check.html
I see that my ios's are really outdated and untouched, and updating ios's might solve my problem with priiloaders installation. What updates would be necessary below 200? Do I need bug fixes on those and will DOP-mii install Trucha bugs and ES Identifies (I read the guide to DOP-mii but it didn't say does it has those, or are they official ios's from nintendo)?

Found the thread on how to update cios's: http://www.wiihacks.com/other-faq-gu...cios-wads.html (this is for other newbies with same problem)

Ok, I installed waninko's and hermes recommended cios's from MMM cIOS Pack. I tried to install priiloader, but it still says I need either patched 61 or ES Identified 249 (rev20 did not have ES Identify for some reason.) Where can I find a way to either patch 61 or add ES Identify to 249(I am little puzzled why patched ios60 was installed before installing priiloader, when installer instist on using either 61 or 249)? Appreciate the help.
