NTSC to PAL how does one go about this?

So say i get hold of an NTSC iso and I want to change it to PAL do I use region changer 1.1 or do i need to patch it?

Basically whats the best way around it? is there a faq? on region changing? i had a search but most of the posts were about brick blocking?????

regionfrii or whatever, can swap it, but for the most part, MOST chips/programs can boot them no problem making this program useless, but in the end its a patch so yess xD

    Nice

I use WiiUpdateManager on EVERY iso I download, it changes the region and makes sure there is no update to brick my Wii. It takes seconds to apply the patch and is well worth the effort.

There are other programs too, but I like this one.
