Is there a file named boot.dol file in "SD:\apps\USBLoader"?

@JoostinOnline: I am having the same issue. Heard about GX's stability issues, switched to Configurable Loader. Still getting the same issue, with the same game (Sengoku Basara: Samurai Heroes). I tried loading it with a differenc IOS (249 instead of whatever the default is), which actually solved issues with Spiderman: Shattered Dimensions and Arc Rise Fantasia, but no luck. Any ideas?

Actually, the default it 249. Try using 222, 223, or 250 instead and see if that helps.
