Rock Band 3 error

I am trying to run original Rock Band 3 disc. 4.1U soft mod and priiloader v4 installed. When I try to load the game I get a blue screen saying 002 error (dvd read/ anti-piracy security issue). I have installed cIOS38rev17 but same problem. I copied the game to my usb loader and works fine other than the usual SD card issues. I have found a post on here about a black screen when starting the game and was fixed by updating several IOS's but have found nothing on this blue screen. I'm not very inclined just to randomly start updating IOS files potentially causing a bigger problem. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Not sure exactly what IOS it uses but....this is what I would do..

Install the latest version of IOS 37 53, 55, 56, 57, 58.

Get them with NUSD or from narse's latest IOS and channels thread.

I got it working updated 53,55, and 56. Thanks for the advice.

You can use MMM, Dop-Mii, or NUSD and wad manager to download/install those IOS. This will not help with USB loading, only disc channel loading.

i Havent tried to make a backupcopy to a DVD yet. I'll do that next.

Bacckup disc loaded from the disc channel will rely on a modchip or cIOSCORP. So installing the IOS will only help with a backup game played via modchip or original game played from the disc channel.

If loaded from a backup loader it will use your cIOS so installing the IOS won't make a difference, won't hurt anything though.

I have darkcorp installed but every time i try to launch the game i get an update prompt

Install priiloader to block the updates, have a look at the priiloader link in my sig

never mind i got it just install cios56, cios53 and cios 55 and launch from disc channel works for lego, beatles, and rock band 3, make sure its cios not ios
