    My best guess is that maybe the coverfile of that game got corrupted, causing it to crash or something like that. I suggest removing USB Loader GX, along with covers, configuration files etc. and after that re-installing it.

    that or an ISO got courrupted try running USB loaer GX with a emty USB inserted also try removeing the SD card like the other guy stated it could be a courrupted PIC.
