some games not loading using USB loader GX

My wii has been soft and hard modded for about a year plus and has been working flawlessly, until recently. Some games such as mario kart go to back screen after selecting a race track or wifi connection. Other games give a header error when launched. I'm wondering if a IOS is missing or corrupted. Below is a syscheck dump any help or suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you

Sounds like a drive issue or rip/iso issue. Your IOS are okay...update to cIOS38 rev 17. You should have a patched system IOS and IOS36 but this wouldn't cause the problem you are having. Try deleting and reinstalling/ripping the games again. Try a different HDD.
    Damn I suck!!!!
