Need help - Review my IOS installed/status

Hi everyone. Running into some issues getting a game to work with USB Loader GX (all my other games work). Can you take a look at my installed IOS and let me know what I should change/update? Don't worry about the game, I'm more interested in making sure everything is installed properly and with the right permissions for best compatibility in general.

I'm running a Softmodded 4.1U system with an external HD. Everything is backed up with Bootmii.

    sysCheck v2.0.1 by Double_A
    ...runs on IOS58 (rev 6175).

    Region: NTSC-U

    Found 119 titles.
Found 41 IOS on this console. 7 of them are stub.

    Thanks guys.

Why so many trucha bugs? Pimp My Wii. Yes I know it is frowned upon, but I hadn't updated my Wii since 4.0 had come out. I decided I should update some things, and a friend suggested I use Pimp My Wii as the easiest way to update everything. When that didn't solve my issue, I spent several hours reading up and trying to troubleshoot it myself, including following a couple guides. I've since DOP Mii to revert a few of the IOS.

Game is the New SMB (yes, I'm just getting around to playing this), and I have followed guides on getting this to work.

I'll revert back to CIOS r17 and if that doesn't work, try WiiFlow.

One big question, since I'm using a WBFS USB formatted drive, for the CIOS, do I use 38 or 57 as the base? I've seen both recommended.

just stick to guides here on this site, everything is there.
    Problematic Games & solution

rev17 base 38 is good for almost everything. along with hermes v4 you are good.
you might to look here, don't miss the recommended set up.
don't think there is any dependency if you are using wbfilesystem or not

Thanks for the help everyone. At the end of the day it was a bad rip/transfer that was the source of my problems. But I can also rest safe knowing that I've got just about everything I need for other games.

The majority of issues that people have with backups is caused by a bad ISO (rip the game yourself with a good loader then you have no issue), Outdated/corrupt/wrong base cIOS install...or a USB HDD compatibility problem. It is not usually related to the IOS (just for future info and troubleshooting).
    Damn I suck!!!!
