    it shouldnt ask you to update did you mark the eula as read when you changed region, you dont have to go into the wii setting to accept them

    yes i did mark the eula as read.
    Edit: It says that my shop channel is not updated but the button says system update so i just update my wii shop channel to v20?

    when i switched to korean it shows me the same screen as the one after i region changed

    ok try installing the korean shop channel when your wii is is in korean and use the offline installation on the first post
    and have you got ios 56 installed

    I did not change my system menu and I think i semi-bricked my wii lucky i was able to access to my priiloader

    you need to use arc to to change your region to korean then install the korean shop channel and delete you account then uninstall the korean shop channel then swich you reigon back to which ever one you want and then in stall the shop channel for that region

    how do i delete my account? every thing is in god dam korean
