Wii will not read WBFS OR Fat32 partion anymore

I've had fully functioning homebrew and sd-card support since the twilight hack. I've recently gotten my LaCie USB HDD (which I have both a Samsung and Seagate hard drive inside of the enclosure) working with homebrew loaded from SD and USB FAT32.

Up until a couple of weeks ago everything was working fine until I tried to update to the beta of the new WiiFlow. I got it to load once, and it froze. I reboot and then it would not load anything from the usb device at all.

I've tried removing the loaders and trying different ones; virginizing and redoing the softmod and nothing will make it read. The drive reads with WBFS Manager and WBFSync and will copy but the Wii itself will not find it.

One thing I have not tried is reloading the NAND backup I made a long time ago. I figure I'll do that and see if it works again!

Yes, stop mucking about. You've screwed around with your Wii so much even you are lost. You want help/answers? They begin with a SysCheck as outlined here. You've provided zero information -- System Menu, Region, softmod guide (though I suppose the mention of twilight hack is an indication). Time to meet someone halfway...

Ahh yes, the vital points, thank you for pointing that out. I realize that I will more than often fail to present vital information to an arguement, however I am aware of what needs to be presented just need a little push to help me get started.

I am running on system menu 4.2U and have used the ShadowSonic2's "SoftMod for ANY 4.2 Wii!" several times, without difficulty. I've kept up with the softmod methods up to hackmii installer .7 and heard about .8 today. WiiFlow 1.1 was installed first on my SD card for a little while then I had transferred everything over to my LaCie USB, and had everything loading off of there.

Previously, I had loaded WiiFlow through the Homebrew Channel with the SD card. Deciding on trying out a new version of WiiFlow, I followed the directions as per the WiiFlow installation Wiki from their site, and then installed a forwarder channel. Thinking about it, it could be a bad wad install that mucked it. After I installed the forwarded channel was when the problems happened.

I honestly don't know what else to tell you in terms of, what IOS Ive installed or things like that. I just follow the directions on the guides. I'm sure that jogging my memory about the steps that I have taken will also provide me with greater insight as to what I did. I just ask that you have some patience with me please :)

So some "other" guide, even though there is such a guide here on wiihacks. Folks really need to stick to our guides, rather than a "little of this, a little of that" and end up with a useless unit. Yes, please run the SysCheck for starters...

This is how people learn :) We have to endure countless mistakes to come up with viable and workable solutions to our problems! I assure you I am grateful for your (and others') help! I've been frustrated to all hell and me trying to fix it myself just compounds everything, including the original problem!

It ain't nothing personal, it's just the constant fail in general (not of you specfic) that it gets really old.

Ok, so I have gone over and marked several IOS' that matched with the list, and several that matched to the 4.3 system menu IOS. It's probably 40/60 in favour of 4.3 IOS's, and I also noticed very low revision numbers for my 202,222,223 IOS's
