Ok i jumped in with both feet i didnt know what i was doing alot of the time but nothing looks broken!!

hopefully this will help someone sometime!

ok I have gone in to homebrew and loaded dop-mii(v12) i have selected to

    i installed IOS36(v3351) w/fakesign

I said yes to any options that it asked and installed the patches...i also selected NUS to get files from the net...

I then selected to load IOS36 from dop-mii's menu screen

Next i selected: Select iso to Dop. TItle: ios249 v65200 i then pressed - on the wiimote to uninstall ios 249

    iso 249 deleted!!!!

    next.....

i then followed parts from here:

    http://www.wiihacks.com/recommended-faqs-guides-tutorials-only/57485-how-use-waninkokos-cios-installer.html
(I had these installed on SD card already...(check if you do!))

    - Load HBC and run cIOS38rev17 Installer.
    - Select IOS36 on the first screen (IOS249 is default).
    - Press A and you'll have two options to choose from: WAD Installation or Network Installation.

    Select base IOS version
Rev19 is a new type of cIOS which allows you to utilize different base IOS to install from. Here are the various functions of each:

IOS 37 -> Support for games with instruments (Rockband/GH/etc.)
IOS 38 -> Widely known, supported, and stable base (USE THIS ONE IF YOU AREN'T SURE)
IOS 57 -> Slightly increased USB loading speed (maybe 1-2 seconds, if that)
IOS 60 -> Better network code / The Conduit (?)
    IOS 70 -> SD/SDHC speed/wifi improvements (?)

**Note that only base IOS 38 is compatible with Wad Manager.
•Select your base IOS and press A to continue.
•You'll have two options to choose from: WAD Installation or Network Installation.

    WAD Installation
•After choosing WAD Installation, select your device and press A.
•Wait for the patching and installation to finish.
•Press any button to exit when prompted.
    •Reboot Your Console.

    Network Installation
•Select Network Installation and wait for the downloading, patching, and installation to finish.
•Press any button to exit when prompted.
    •Reboot Your Console.

After you've finished your Network or WAD install and rebooted your console, you're done. You've completely installed cIOS38Rev17.

I then tried MMM to install wads but no luck!! I had Wad manager v1.7 on there so tried that....

selectig ios36 and storage device SD card!

And finally I can finish the installation of a wad!!! YAY!!!

THANK YOU to all thet replied!!!

    now the next task!

Glad to see you fixed it!
Looks like you have successfully installed Truchabug and cIOS38rev17!

Looking at your Syscheck, I saw you didn't restored your IOS15 from the Truchabug's downgrade. I believe you can let it this way, but if you want to have your updated IOS15 back you can install it with Wadmanager or Doop-Mii.

The IOS15 version in that TBR pack is rev523 and it's fine if you install it, but as you have all your IOSs update with 4.3 sysmenu you may want to install the latest one that is rev1031.

From now on you can select IOS249 from Wadmanager or Doop-Mii to install WADs.

edit: I saw now that your syscheck says:
"The system menu v450 is running under IOS36 (rev 3351)"

    I'm not sure, but shouldn't v450 (4.1E) run under IOS60?

Nah, this means nothing. In my experience it is telling you the IOS that HBC is running under. Not the system menu IOS.

If you go into priiloader it will tell you the actual IOS your system menu is using.
    Damn I suck!!!!

    I can't find any rev1031 for IOS36, so I hope you mean IOS15 rev1031, right?
Your IOS36 is good as rev3351 with truchabug installed. Don't touch it!
If you install any other IOS36 you will wash out your truchbug.
(but as I said, you may now use your IOS249 instead)

You can download IOS15 v1031 with NUSD or with the latest Doop-Mii.

If you want an off-line installation, use NUSD to download the wad and WADManager to install it.
If you want an on-line installation, use the latest Doop-Mii to download and install it.

don't get it what wad are you trying to launch? wads get installed to your wii using a tool, wadmanager, dopmii or similar

    1. Download -- WAD-Manager_v1.7.rar
    2. Extract and Copy the Wad Manager Folder to the apps folder on your SD (SD:/apps/WAD-Manager_v1.7/boot.dol)
    3. Wad Files go in the Wad folder on your SD (SD:/wad/xxxxxx.wad)
    4. Launch Wad Manager Via HBC -- Select IOS249 -- Press A
    5. NAND Emulation -- Disabled -- Press A ---- Wii SD Slot -- Press A
    6. Select the wad you want to install -- Press A To Install -- Wait -- Press HOME When finished.

    <--suggestions helped? press Thanks
