Angry Netflix Error ret = -6

Hello, I wanted netflix on my wii, so i downloaded this file which has a Netflix wad and a Neflix.wfbs file , which the wfbs file is the iso for your hard drive. so i put the wad on the wii and the wfbs file on my Hard drive. I load the wad, it says to hold B to change settings, so i changed my cIOS to 249. then it says
"ERROR: Could not initialize SD/USB subsystem (ret= -6)"
Why does a say this and how can i fix it so i can boot netflix?
    Thank you!!

Why don't you put the wad in the wad folder and install it with wad manager?
