I went thru this last night with Cile, DOP-MIii doen't not require a fake signed IOS to operate.

What you need to do is to install a fake signed (trucha patched) IOS36. Then you should beable to install IOS202. You should beable to do that with DOP-Mii, but if you cannot then do what Pob3008 says to do and use TBR.

    EDIT
I just noticed you have IOS249, why not use that IOS249 to do the installing, instead of IOS36? IOS249 and 250 already have the trucha bug. If DOP-Mii cannot use IOS249 or 250 then use Hermes cIOS installer and install IOS202.

And, no wifi access is going to be a problem with DOP-Mii, you are going to need to download the IOS with NUS downloader, select pack as a wad before downloading. Then put the IOS202.wad on the root of your SD card so DOP-Mii will beable to do a offline install of IOS202. Or you could just look in my signature to install IOS202 with Hermes cIOS installer, the package I put together will do an offline install.
