    unscrubbed

    hey guys...

    i m new to wii. what is unscrubbed? do i have to do anything to it before i burn it. and difference between unscrubbed and normal file

    Unscrubbed is a normal iso file, its when the iso is scrubbed that there is data removed from the iso to make it smaller. Stick with normal (unscrubbed) iso images.

    i see thanks. so i dont have to do anything to it before i burn to a DVD?

    It is recommended to use either Wiu1.1 or Wum (search forum) to remove any updates that exist in the iso before burning.

    ic. ok thanks for the help.

    and i finish dl-ing superpaper mario is a pal version i have already patch it to USA but im unable to reomove the patch.

    i m using wiu 1.1 .... and if the version of my wii is higher than the game is it still save for me to burn and play it?

    i m able to remove the patch using wiibrickblocker lol.

    so wiu is more for patching of region and wiibrickblocker for patching the updates?

    Actually Wiu1.1 is also used for patching (removing) updates and does a good job. You cal also try using WUM which I believe even shows the update version.
