I have to wipe out all evidence of homebrew and modifications to my system

So I have to send my system in to get it repaired again, to which apparently I still have a warranty at the moment. In order to avoid any charges or anything like that, I have to get rid of all the softmods and homebrew on my system. I have the following items installed...

    Homebrew Channel
    USB Loader GX
    Priiloader
    BootMii
    Several IOSes fakesigned

Now, if I go into the system menu and do "Format System Memory", will that wipe out all evidence of these or is there something special I need to do to remove all of these or a particular item?

From what i`ve read you can`t completely remove all traces of homebrew.
