I have the same question (it was not asnwered yet): I already have the wii shop channel. If I install it using wad manager, does the new shop channel overwrite the old one? Yet, I dont know if I have this IOS, can I install Wii shop even if I dont have it?

SC uses IOS 61. An install via wad manager OVERWRITES data, yes. Check to see if you have the IOS and if so, have at it.

OK, I don't know if its just me but when I tried to click on the download link to use rapidshare it said that the limit had been reached and it was unavailable to download, I used another link but I wanted to let you know that this happened. Thanks!

Files are here (pick any one of the following to download):

    Download option 1 - 4shared - Download Here
    Download option 2 - Megashares - Download Here - Pass = wiiwii
Download option 3 - Rapidshare - Download Here
Download option 4 - Megaupload - Download Here

This is regionfree and I have tested it on my 4.2E Wii and it's working 100%.

if any of the links die let me know.

say thanks if it worked for you.

UPDATE - You can now upgrade to 4.3 safely using this guide - firmware-updater-4-3-waninkoko-official.html

The DOP-Mii folder with boot.dol needs to be in the apps folder.

Start HBC - Load Dop-Mii -- Press A at the warning.
    Select IOS249 --(Use the D-Pad) -- Press A
    Select "Channels" -- Press A
    Install Shopping Channel v19
    Damn I suck!!!!
