    Overheating troubles

Hi, i got my pre modded wii drive in the mail last thursday, and i barley notied some overheating pixles to the bottom left, bottom right, and in the middle of my screen. I don't really notice it in gameplay, and my parents are gone for the weekend so i moved the wii to the big screen hd tv. (it is usually on a normal sized tv, curved screen) So i don't really notice it on the smaller one. I am not much conserned about that for now.
What i am really worried about is if it will get worse. I can't send it to nintendo.
The moment i put my wii back together last thursday, i turned wii connect 24 off.
Just today, i looked at my fan and it is not working... I am really freaking out!!!

The strange thing is that my wii isn't really hot (like when i had wiiconnect24 on before modding) So what in the hell is going on?

I'm going to be getting a nyko intercoller
So WTF is going on. I am having a heart attack here, I don't want to have to buy another wii and swap drives, i want to keep this one!!! And the wii is not hot and it is doing this stuff.

One more thing, to calm my senses, is there anything i can do to cool the wii down, like the fan would if it was working, like put a small sized fan in front if the wii vent in the back, or just aim a fan at it.

What ever makes it from getting worse will float my boat!

    thank you!

Your graphics processor is most likely burned a bit and your drive is suffering from overheating issues. Turn wiiconnect24 off and try contacting Nintendo and removing your modchip before you send it to them, because it's like the only way to fix it.

I believe the correct term is "Desolder" and not "un solder". Just a heads up

I lossened the white casing and manually spun the fan a few times. the fan works :banghead: i can feel air now.
on the small tv i cant even notice it unless i took carefully, and in games it doesn't show as much as the menu, so as long as it stays this way i am a happy gamer. (much rather have a modchip than a pixless screen)
