    problems with usb loader

    hi guys
i had my wii soft modded by a friend and it worked fine for a few months then when i tried installing sonic allstar racing some of the games would not work on my hdd, so i gave it back to my friend who re modded everything. it then worked fine, now i have tried installing crash of the titans after installing a few other games with no problems and none of the games on my hdd will work with most going to a black screen or just freezing. im gutted and dont know whats going on.
    please help

I'm assuming the you mean USB Loader GX. Do this.

    1. Download Syscheck from here.
    2. Unpack it and place it in the apps folder on your SD card.

      SD:\apps\syscheck

    3. Go into Homebrew Channel and select Syscheck and let it do it's job.
    4. After it is completed you will find a file called syscheck.csv on your SD card.
    5. Place the SD card in your computer and open syscheck.csv with wordpad and copy and paste the results here.

Everything looks good to me. Do you know if USB Loader GX is a channel or just a forwarder channel? Or do you load it through Homebrew?
If you don't have to go into HBC to load it and don't know if it is a forwarder or not then remove your SD card and try and start it. If it doesn't start then it is a forwarder channel.

    Post what you find out.

Most of his IOS are out of date revision wise. IOS 60 doesn't have the right patches. Update IOS249 from Rev 14 to Rev 17.

EDIT: Install IOS36 latest revision and apply all three patches when it asks.

Try taking out your SD card and placing it into your computer. Open the config folder and delete:
    GXGameFavorites.cfg
    GXGameSettings.cfg
    GXGlobal.cfg

Rename the images folder to something like images_Old. Try to start USB Loader GX and try to start a game.
