    Transferring Wii Saves

I'm not sure if this is the right section to post this in but I've been having problems transferring saves off my SD card. Basically I bought a new Wii months ago and then returned it but before I returned it I went to the data management and copied my saves onto the SD card. I got a different used Wii days ago and tried to copy my saves from the other Wii but when I hit copy it says a copy of this save file is already on the Wii harddrive (which there was someone else's save from that game on the Wii) so I deleted that save off the Wii and tried to copy the save again but this time it told me "you must first play this game in order to copy this save file". So my questoin is how do I go about transferring the save files off my SD card?

You can enable the save copy protection in priiloader or there's another program. (Savegamemanager maybe?) Can't remember the name, but I'm sure google or our search function does.

I did some more thinking about it and I think what I'm gonna do is manually open up my SD card and move the save files to the directory that's used for savegame manger and use that to transfer it to my Wii. I just find it strange that it said I need to play the game first to copy the save and wont let me copy it over.

EDIT: Nevermind, that didnt work out.

Huh. I've never had any problems when I enabled the move copy save option in priiloader.

it can disable the thing stoping you from transfering most saves. Heard it doesn't work on some, but most. Priiloader is also a must if you're on a compatible system menu because it's great protection against bricks.

I just installed priiloader and used reset to open up the priiloader menu and changed the settings to enable the "nocopy" hack and hit save but when I go to data management on my wii it still gives me one of these 2 messages: "You must first play this game atleast once" or "Data file already exists". Am I doing something wrong with priiloader? and is there any other good ways to transfer saves off the SD card?
