Question Batch Convert ISO to WBFS, cISO question

So I am sure there is an app for this but I figured I would ask here first if there was a tool to do more than one ISO at a time. If not what would be the best tool as I want to save some space. Also is there anything I can do with Gamecube ISO/GCM's? I have ripped the garbage data from a couple and they all work flawlessly due to the custom IOS's I have I'm sure.

I have heard that the WODE doesn't like them but all mine from my Gamecube streaming days. Just curious if there was someother way to save space with them otherwise I'll just rip the garbage data for those that they still work for. All the Mario, Zelda, and Metroid games work with the garabge ripped if anyone is curious. These are all the one's I tried and Eternal Darkness and work without a hitch. BTW not sure if it helps but I have a 750gb NTFS partition (Wii) and a FAT32 partition (Gamecube, apps, & virtual NAND) setup on my 1TB HDD.

Anyhow also what is a cISO and what apps are used to produce them and are there any advantages to them? I take it they are like PSP CSO's but I figured I would ask here first.

Wii:4.1U Bootmii, PriiLoader, cIOSX rev 19, Hermes cIOS 202/222/223/224
    System Menu: DarkWii
    WODE:2.0 FW w/ WODE Channel
    Storage:1TB HDD, 16gb & 2gb SD Card, 32gb flash drive

I use Wii Backup Manager. Just put all your ISOs in a folder and point it at that, then check off the ones you want and hit transfer to wbfs.
