Pressed wrong button in WADManager - IOS249.wad!

    Hi all,

i was helping a friend over the phone with his softmod. Whilst browsing the wads on my sd card i pressed A to install ISO249.wad. Before i realised what had happened i had pressed A again and it installed. It said restarting wii but it didnt so i hard reset it. I am thinking that was my first mistake?
Now the symptoms are that when i try loading wiiflow (using IOS249) it crashes the wii - it was working flawlessly before i did this!
Also when i go back into WAD manager and select IOS249 to use it then freezes again!
However - if i use ISO222 to go into wad manager it works ok?? (Numbnuts here didnt touch 222 so i understand why that works ok)
I am useless with ISO's etc.. it was only the fab tutorial on here that enabled me to softmod my wii (eternally grateful!!) - so can someone help me rectify my error step-by-step style?
Have i installed an original ISO249???
I am hoping someone will say its a dead easy fix!
    Any help greatly appreciated..

Probably just a bad wad. Load WM using 222/223/250 and uninstall the 249 wad. Then reinstall whatever revision you were using with the official cIOS installer. If you need a download check the softmod guides in the recommended guides/tuts section. Easy peezy.

Just install CB2_BB2_Cios38-r17-installer.zip using ios250. Then all will be well. You should probably remove the wads from your sd-card and save them on your pc. Only put the wads on your card if you intend to install/uninstall them.
