How do you get these code for priiloader on 4.1U?

Allows you to boot a regular game through the recovery menu.
I already have easy recovery mode enabled, but I don't have diag disc check. How come I find only 4.2 and 4.0 or below hacks.inis that have those hacks? I want to make sure I can easily run autoboot discs in case of another brick...
