It is easy to use, simply extract to your desktop a new folder will suffice, make sure you extracted your games ISO file to the desktop as well, this could take a good half hour or so, when thats done, open up Wiu1.1, choose > Open Wii ISO, choose the ISO which you extracted to the desktop, you will see the game details on the top panel, Click the region patch that you would like to patch, i.e. if your console is from USA and the game reads as JAP , or PAL/Europe, click on NTSC/USA tab to patch it to the USA region, when thats done, you should see that everything up top looks fine and the game will match the region of your console. This prevents bricking, and allows your Mod-Chip to accept the game as one from the region specified. Enjoy. If you see on bottom right, needs UPD, and is in red, click update, after its done patching it shoudl read in green as UPD.

    Download Wiu1.1:

    wiu1.1.rar

Any feedback and or thoughts are appreciated

This program has multiple features. Use it to convert it to NTSC, then also use the included patcher to remove any game updates, and you will be fine.

I've played Rock Band 2 NSTC on my pal wii with the Rock Band 1 instruments and it has worked, If your running homebrew and 3.2 firmware you will need to install some extra files to get it to recognise them though,

If your running firmware 3.4 then the instruments should just work straight up.
