Yes, run signcheck as stated above. Then post the results.

When I launch the Bannerbomb boot file, I get the load but then I only get a black screen, very much the same thing which happened to the other apps. Is there any other way I could try and launch signcheck? I also don't have the HBC channel anymore or preloader, but only bootmii installed as boot1 before the reformatting of the Wii.

Try to bannerbomb the boot.elf file of signcheck, see if that will work.
    or
Format your sd-card and extract this to the root
    cboot2-signcheck.dol.zip

    or try this

    cboot2_signcheck.elf.zip

Then boot the wii, if you have bootmii as boot2, it should load signcheck.

Also extract this to a formatted sd-card, and bootwii, wadmanager 1.5 mod should load. You will need a gc controller to use it. Test it to see if it loads.
    cboot2_wadmanager_1.5_mod.zip

Nope nothing works, I've already said I installed bootmii as Boot1. I'm still stuck with a Wii which can't do anything useful. Is there some sort of way I could fix it 100%?

Ok, here we go. A signcheck would be helpful, so we are going to get one.

You said you have bootmii as boot2, 2 flashes form the blue led drive light with disk remove, yes?

    Go to this folder
You will find 5 files, all have cboot2 to be used at boot, which should load the app. 2 have just signcheck, 3 have loadmii, which can be used to load signcheck. Pick one and extract to a formated sd-card, then boot, if fail place the bannerbomb "private" folder for your system menu onto the sd-card, no format, then bannerbomb, if fail, repeat with the next file, continue until you are able to load signcheck, or you fail on all 5, which would be 5 boot attempts, and 5 bannerbomb attempts.

When loading loadmii, you will find signcheck in elf and dol format under the apps folder, try both elf and dol of signcheck.

When signcheck loads, and it must, you will need to push reset many many times as instructed until the app exits. Then zip the signcheck.cvs file from your sd-card and attach it here.

Also be sure to tell me which one of these works for you.

Unfortunately I had installed it as Boot1, as shown on my previous posts.

Boot1 is as God himself, you can not install your crap unto him. Perhaps you mean boot2. Either way, try as I have suggest, or I may run out of ideas.

Boot2 is like an Angel, and ios is like sh*t.

My very big mistake, I meant I installed the IOS, the sh*t. So is there no solution to such problem?

There should be a solution, just bannerbomb the 5 files, one should hopefully work. Installing ios16 seems irrelevant to your issue. You are sure you did nothing else.
