    Symphonia audio sync problem

    i have softmod wii 4.0 using neogamma r8 b7

During cutscenes the audio sync is horrid. BGM and voices seem fine, but sound effects like punching/sword slashes/etc are 10's of seconds late.

    Any way to fix this?

I'm guessing its because I have to select "patch all" in neogamma to get the game to load. I think this cus if i play GH metallica with it on "all," the game becomes laggy, but when on "none" its smooth.

i realize i'm bumping a old thread but starting a new one seems unnecessary. I've been searching as hard as i can and not just on this forum (mainly Google) to find the solution to this issue but with no avail [system menu is 4.2U, using newest Configurable USB loader, Game is PAL and am currently getting an NTSC-U copy] my mind just kind of went blank now, when i know what else i can say to help? ill edit post. assistance very much appreciated. btw exact same problem as above only i'm using a USB loader

If this is via disc only (as opposed to USB HD), the exploit used has the drive spinning @ 3X instead of the traditional 6X as with original/retail media. This is generally true for stuttering/drop out/etc attributed to backups... I would surmise this applies to what you're asking as well.

thanks for the speedy reply just finished deep frying some seasoned curly fries. i've been using an external HDD as a backup loader never had any problems with it before so the of thought of "burn it to a disc and see if thats any better," never occurred to me, so im going to try that now and hope it works thank you

I think you got it backwards, backup disc reads at 3x, retail disc reads at 6x, and I think a usb reads at 8x.

I don't have it backwards, what you've said is just another way of saying the same thing. Regardless, yes USB HD is faster than either

You didn't get any french fry grease on the disc before you burned it?
