    usb loader gx cover help

    hi, does any1 know a good tutorial of how to get covers on usb gx as i cant figure out how,

    i have a 8gb usb stick formatted to wbsf with 4 games on,

    when i click in usb gx to load cover it asks for sd card (which i have some covers inside a image folder on my 1gb sd ) and they load up the covers no problem

    is this they way it is done as it means i need to pit the sd card in the slot aswell as the usb stick and means the covers will take alot of space

    any1 know an easier way of doing this thanx 4 any help

    I don't know about taking a lot of space, I have 77 cover images in my folder and they only come to 5MB total.

    In GX setting you can actually modify the location where the covers are stored, so you could have them stored on USB instead.
    Not really doing much Wii stuff these days.

    I believe you can set the path for your covers via WBSF Manager, under options. I do not use that option,because I use a usb drive and keep my covers on the Sd card.

    If you have a Sd card, put your covers there.
    A 2GB SD card can be brought under $10.00.

    yeah thts right u can set the patch with WBSF Manager but only to see them in the manager not in loader channel on wii

    i have a sd card but want the covers on the same drive as the games really just for convienience, i may have to get a new external drive as my iomega 320gb doesnt detect in the usb loader in wii, not compatable or something

    Make sure you have the HDD pluged in the bottom port of the Wii.
    Here is a list of HDD's that will work;
