Need for Speed: Nitro was 2.08GB (in RAR format) when I downloaded it but is now 4.37GB after extraction.
that 4.37GB fits for disc burn
after WBFS to usb-hdd, thefile size will be scrubbed/less, as the game itself

or espalwii.co..... etc also have all their games wii scrubed, it just automaically removed the updates fom the downloads, lowering the chances or bricking your Wii
I've just burned Need For Speed Nitro to a DVD and tried it and it works perfectly. This is the New Super Mario Bros Wii version I downloaded:

It does say patched in the title, is that referring to Wii brick blocker? do I therefore need to do anything else? or do you guys think it's safe to burn it to disk and try it? thanks in advance again for all your help.

As written in my original post, my Nintendo Wii has a WiiKey installed as well as being softmodded. Can I therefore play it via a DVD? thanks.

Just to confirm, New Super Mario Bros. Wii is working perfectly on my console. In case this helps anyone who's having issues getting it work I'll post the specs/settings of my Wii:

    Nintendo Wii (PAL)
Version of New Super Mario Bros. : PAL
    Firmware: 3.2E
Chipped (WiiKey 1) & Soft modded

Game loads using NeoGamma R7 (using cIOS Rev 13) and works perfectly from there using a DVD to boot (not SD or USB) but for some reason comes up with an error when trying to boot from the home menu screen, (not that it matters, as long as it works fine I'm a happy guy. )

    Thanks again for everyone help.

I downloaded it and it was 4.669 or so. But then after using a program to transfer it to a usb, its only 500mb. AMAZING.

I dont know if this has been mentioned but I dont understand why this game works on usb but not dvd. It works dvd if console is hardmodded but not softmodded. I thought the files are the same reguardless if its on a dvd or on HDD.
If I have helped you in any way, please thank me by pressing the little thanks button.
