how do i format sd wbfs to fat32?

i have modded my wii and not had a problem to post until now, im hoping someone will give me a solution to this.

i formatted my sd with usb/sd loader to get super mario bros on but i did not make a partition first.

is there a way to format this 2gig card back to fat32 with windows so i can start over and make a partition, the card is recognised as e: with windows but will not let me open it or format it and wbfs manager wont load it.

Windows usually will not support 2 partitions on removable media. You should be able to format the partition from computer management, or usually prompted to do so by clicking on it. You could setup dual partitions- 1st fat32, second wbfs- but windows may not initials the second partition and you many not be able to load games from windows, or maybe it will. Windows will not partition this for you, so you could boot into live cd of gparted, or install something like acronis disk director on windows to manager partitions. You may also be able to create the partitions from cmd with fdisk.

i have just tried acronis disk with no joy doesnt detect my sd card the whole card is formatted as wbfs so i was assuming no windows apps will detect this card now so i am unable to create a partition on it.

is there an app for the wii that will format this card to fat? or will a linux based pc format it to fat?

edit solved, the easiest solution for it is putting it into a digital camera and format it through that

Windows should still be able to format the whole card to fat32, just not dual partitioning. Is your acronis install to windows, or was it a boot cd?
