How to play PAL games.
Recently I just bought One Piece: Unlimited Cruise - The Treasure Beneath the Waves online and I tried to load it with Backup Loader. I have a 4.1 NTSC Wii. I tried to force a PAL 50 and PAL 60 but I can't seem to get it to work. I had homebrewed my Wii about a year and a half ago with the Twilight Hack.
I was wondering if I did something wrong. I have the original game and everything I just don't know who to fake a region. Any help?
