Question SDHC Issue
Wii v. 3.3U
Homebrew v. 1.0.6

So I just went out and bought a 4GB Kingston SDHC Card (SD4/4GB) so I could fit a bunch more games on the card to play around with.

I copied everything exactly as it is from my other 256MB Card onto the 4GB one, put it in the Wii and the HBC doesn't detect it. Pop the other card back in and there are my apps.

I've tried formatting the card with Windows, the Panasonic Formatter (both ways) and under Ubuntu. Tried after each and HBC still doesn't even recgonize I have a card inserted


From everything I've read I guess the card is simply just not compatible but I figured I would give it a shot on here.


Any help or suggestions would be much appreciated.

SDHC Cards are usually not capable with homebrew channel.

and 4gb sdhc seem to be the least compatible (at least for me anyway!)
