Well I uninstalled bootmii can i get it back D:<

How does uninstalling bootmii screw up your wii? Just run the hackmii installer (if your wii isn't bricked) and install it again.

But when i run it again it says failure during installation

You need to install a clean IOS36 as it sounds like you have a fakesigned one.
