Question Converting/Patching PAL channels for NTSC

Hello,

I've done some searching and can't seem to find anything. I have a PAL channel (via WAD) that I would like to load on my NTSC Wii - is it possible?

Please be kind

Thanks!

look up FreeTheWads. it's a simple program that lets you convert the region code of a WAD. I used it on Castlevania Rebirth (Japanese) and it works now!

Thanks for the really fast response!

I can't seem to find anything other than the original testing version from April/May 2008 - is that the latest version?

I'm actually not sure what versions there are. Looking here:

It looks like there is one from July of this year.

Yeah they're all the same - thanks! Worked perfect

Now the next question is can I run WADs (i.e. channels) off a USB drive using something like USB Loader since there is so little memory in the Wii?

I believe you can. it is something I should explore a little more closely.
