I have NeoGamma R8
When i try to start my game, it says : Dvd Read Error (1027)

I have IOS249 and System Menu 4.2E

Sounds like you may have a bad burn / bad download.

Try re-burning the disk at the lowest speed you can and use Verbatim dvd-r.

If that still will not work try re-downloading.

Also you can try loading a retail disk though neogama. If that works you know your hack is good.

I burned using ImgBurner at 2x speed
What do you suggest?

EDIT :

I use DVD-R (From a company called 'TDK' , the box says 4x speed, so, change speed to 4?)

ImgBurn is great.

I would try Verbatim disks.

Sound like your are buring at the correct speed.

I dont know, i know people who use TDK DVD's and they work perfectly ?

So, i guess it isn't the DVD or burning ?

I just know that works for me.

I have tried several other brands (not tdk though) and only Verbatim work for me.

Have you tried launching a retail disk though Neograma?

This will tell you if it is a bad burn/download/copy.

Well, since i installed cIOUS249 with WAD, i cant launch my neogramma anymore, it just goes black :x

I will try and search for the type DVD-R you said.
