Wii Sports Resort update

hi
I bought a pirated copy of this game, and when i tried to play it a message popped up saying:
"In order to use this software you must perform a wii system update. Select OK to begin the update"
i have never played this game on my wii or any other wii and i upgraded to the latest version (4.2E) and still it requires an update. am i missing some IOS's or something?

WSR requires IOS55-64-v4633 (or newer), install it and see if that helps. DO NOT update from the disc.

You can use wiiscrubber to extract a copy of the IOS from the disc, or you could use NUS downloader to download it.

thanks. i couldn't find what you said or NUSD so im using wiiscrubber. i'll edit when done
edit: i found that in NUDS after another search, but there are 3 versions and the latest. im now waiting for the iso to be created for wiiscrubber.
edit 2: ok i installed ios55-64-v4633 (which i scrubbed from the disc) but it still needs a system update. more suggestions?

Perhaps you could contact the person you bought it from or just download a copy which does work preferably PAL
