Unhappy Restored to Factory Deafults Problem

My wii was version 3.2U with the homebrew channel on it and softchipr99, usb loader and any region changer, when my Wii was installed the Cios -forget the number- I lost the ability to play REAL Wii games, unless I boot them too with softchipr99. Well I leant my Wii to someone who tried to play a real Wii game, and choose to update my firmware version through Nintendo, upgrading me to 4.2U, she then tried to play a burned game and what do you know nothing would load now that the console was updated, so she did what any good minded person would, cover it up and do a Restore Factory Defaults though the memory menu, and now I have a Wii without homebrew channel, and wont load Real Wii games, any idea how I can fix this, restoring right to factory defaults or get it working with Homebrew again. Thank in advance I'm glad there's a community to save people like me x-x
