Backing up your Nand with no GC controller?

Hi guys,

Just doing a update on my Wii and i need to back up my Nand for future ref. I don't have a GC controller so cannot move inbetween logos.

I installed Bootmii and as Boot2.

The tut i had said something about power/reset/eject buttons as did a video on youtube but all this does is reset the wii to the wii menu.

Any help would be great

Okay, you should really check out the Bootmii site, full of wonderful information. The following does work, as it is exactly what I did when backing up my Nand.

How do I control the BootMii menu without a WiiMote?
Use a GC pad in port 1 to navigate the menu. If you don't have one, you can use the Power button to cycle through options in the menu, and Reset to select. You just need to briefly press each button.
