i downloaded hbc, uninstalled the 249 stub ( or whatever), installed the Cios, but when i click on neogamma (r7) the screen just goes black without syaing anything.

You installed cios249. That installs as ios249. That you did right. But now you need to install cios38 rev14 which installs as ios249. Once you have that installed, try your neogamma.

K so I uninstalled the cios but still I get black screen. I try to install neogamma as a channel and it says mounting sd device please wAit and my wiimotes come off

someone pls help

Because of how it sounded. Your getting very uptight because you arent getting the answers you want to hear. i already told you that nintendo will flash your nand again. Youll either have the same firmware you had when you first bought it or they will update it right away. Reguardless youll have to re hack it and start over with your installation. Also nintendo is ganna charge you tons to get it fixed.
