    I need help please!!!

    I got to here
    --------------------------------------------------------------------------
    (5. THE FINAL STEP

Preloader is also an optional install, if you don't want it just skip b & c, but you must do step d, system menu hacks can be taken care of by Starfall (3.2) or startpatch (4/4.1), if you want them click my sig and have a look through my mediafire. There are no system hacks for 3.3/3.4. There are now Preloader hacks for 4.1J Wiis.

    a) If you are on system menu 4/4.1 use Wad Manager with default settings (IOS249 & SD card) to install IOS60-patched.wad - make sure you do this before you install Preloader. If you installed it in step 4 then skip this part. Never uninstall IOS60! You will brick!!

b). Open the Homebrew Channel and load Preloader, press 1 to install. After install, your Wii should reboot and load the Preloader menu. If it doesn't, turn your wii off and on again whilst holding down reset and it will load the Preloader menu.

    c) Select 'system hacks' in the Preloader menu, and enable the hacks that you want - 'skip disc update check' and the region free ones are all you need. Select 'save settings' and wait for confirmation message to display 'settings saved'. Press B to go back, and enter Settings. Set 'Autoboot: System Menu' using D-Pad, then select save settings. Press B to return to main Preloader menu.)

In Dogeggs New 3.1-4.1 Softmod for ANY Wii Guide. Then I wanted to go back to the Wii system menu for something. It brought up a message saying the the system files are corrupted. OMG!!! I dont want to buy another Wii again. I noticed that in Preloader v.29 whenever I went to "system Hacks" it said that there was nothing there. Do I have to do the rest of the guide before I can go back to the Wii's System Menu? Is my wii bricked beyound repair? Im so scared about this. Please Help me.

    The guide is here- http://www.wiihacks.com/recommended-...d-any-wii.html

P.S. I just realized that I can't do anything besides load the "settings" menu in Preloader. Everthing else says that It can't be found.

Load preloader by holding reset and turn on the power, reinstall preloader and the corrupt system files message should be gone

Well see Preloader comes up on its own once the power is turned on. And also how do I reinstall Preloader if only the "settings" menu works in it?

your wii isnt bricked beyond repair , or atleast i dont think it is. i got that same problem on that same part modding my wii.

when you turn your wii on go ahead and hold the reset button up so prelaoder loads. now go to the Homebrew channel and re install pre loader. you also need to run the firmware updater to 4.1 if you havent done that either. and make sure you install ios60.

i made the mistake of not updating to 4.1 and installed preloader first then i installed ios60. i got that message and realized that i didnt update to 4.1 with the firmware updater and i updated. apon restarting everything wprked great.

Like i said just make sure thats all installed (firmware updater to 4.1 , preloader , ios60)

PS. sorry if what im saying isnt clear , im not to good at giving directions.

Thank you for the help, but I can not get into the Homebrew Channel. It says " Error autobooting HBC. maybe title not installed?" I know that it is installed. The only thing in preload that I can still get into is the "settings" tab/menu button. Do I need to change my IOS for my system menu or something? I don't think so. I think I need somebody skilled really well at this stuff to help me. Thanks again.

Did you install the latest version of HBC, if so it doesnt work with preloader

You can get HBC as a wad, and install it via wad manager

You can load wadmanager via preloader by putting the wadmanager.dol on the root of your sdcard and naming it boot.dol, then install/run file via preloader

If you need the 1.0.3 wad PM me

Well I have good news. I was able to reinstall the Homebrew Channel. I can now get into the Homebrew Channel and use it again, but I dont really know what I have to do next that way I can get back to the System Menu.
