Wad installation ERROR! (ret = -2011)?

I have an LU65 Wii with 3.4U firmware on it. I have tried to use WAD Manager v1.4 and v1.5 to install .wad files onto my Wii, but I always get ERROR! (ret = -2011). Can I get around this that way I can install some channels on my Wii? I want to install the Wii Speak Channel on this new Wii because my last one broke and Nintendo won't let you use the same code to install the Wii Speak Channel twice. Thank you.

Is there any other way for me to do this without having to install cIOS's? Thats what messed up my last wii and I don't want to go through all of that stuff again. If there isn't another way I'll just not do it.
And Thank You for typing all of that.

cIOS is actually required, most things are fuctioning on them. But once you get on with being able to install WADs, very few things require WAD's, that would be Backup Launchers and various Homebrew material.

See what messed up my old Wii was a file called cIOS _fix.wad. Just like the one you are telling me to use. Thats the only reason that I don't really want to do it. Instead of actually fixing the cIOS like it said that it would, it actually made it worse and killed my Wii. I may still do this, because I have like 5 .wads that I want to install. Thanks again.

Then install Preloader first as a precaution. If it semi-bricks anything, you can try and restore.

Do I need anything special installed before I install Preloader? Sorry to bug you with all of this.

No nothing special, it's simply Homebrew. You should find Preloader .29 around somewhere on these forums.

What do you mean? Is this all wrong or something? I haven't installed anything yet, but I was about to.

you are very lucky i saw it. if you did that on a lu65 model you would have bricked..... Geez... what a retard this is? Giving false info?

Next time search the forum first if you had checked the error index you would have found what needed to be done... any way, do this

do exactly as it says and you are safe
