I have several Wii games I would like to back up and need to find the easiest copying system.

Well, I don't believe there are other ways to backup your games unless you have a modded wii. There are several programs that allow you to copy/back up games and burn them on a DVD but your wii can't read back up games. Therefore, you must install a modchip in your wii to play back up games. This is of course not legal and voids your warranty with Nintendo. CloneDVD I believe is a program that can copy wii games.

The only other thing I suggest is that your return your games if they stop working or exchange it for another one. However, once you pass your exchange return date, that'll kinda suck on your part. Talk to the retailer that sold it to you to see what kind of policies that have should your game malfunction
