Preloader won't work because Nintendo switched the sysmenu IOS to 70 and preloader hasn't been rewritten and tested blah blah blah ...yet. By everything-NeoGamma works for you now? Then we have you back as far as possible because your IOS25o escaped the Nintendo stub attempt. Keep watch for the new preloader-should be out soon.

I would suspect your IOS250 did not escape Nintendo's update. For now, you should be able to recover HBC and with HBBrowser at least get a few games to pass the time while waiting for more fixes to come out.

Yes, it really is a mess. The Nintendo update aimed at HBC and softmodders has bricked non-modded Wiis. Conversely, some hard and softmodded Wiis escaped realtively unscathed. The update is reportedly very buggy-we may seeanother update within the month fixing what Nintendo did to the majority of their customers (most Wiis are not hacked something like 1 million Wiis sold equates to 100,000 modded at most in some way).

I would keep an eye on the forum announcements and news areas. Over the past 2 days (see how quickly you came back from disaster?) a fix is announced as being tested or needing tests-like the new bannerbomb just came out of testing like 5 or 6 hours ago? Then wait a little bit for some instructions to be developed and then you can go. Preloader probably won't be released without testing and some stability so it may be announced under a" HERE IT IS "kind of banner.

Good, at least you are pretty well set for now. Turn off that WiiConnect24.

Or you could just turn on the Parental Controls so that your required to input a PIN number before you can access the update.
