System Menu Versions And IOSs
I've put together this list for people who want to use this for reference or downgrade or unbrick but don't have an internet connection and don't know which system menu and IOS they need. Of course, if you're bricked, you will need to some method of loading WAD Manager. All these files can be found using NUS Downloader or Google. To stay safe install the version of a system menu IOS that was released with that System Menu IOS as in some cases (IOS50) newer versions are stubs and will result in a brick. I'll wait for another mod to share their thoughts before I sticky/move this thread.
Recommendations
Currently I'd recommend going to 3.2, 4.0 or 4.1. If your wii is a boot2v4 Wii which came with 3.4 when bought. DO NOT DOWNGRADE.

Unbricking
Those who are bannerbricked and have Preloader installed, can load homebrew channel and from there, load Wad Manager and install the correct wads to unbrick.
If you have a bannerbrick and don't have Preloader v0.29, you can use an autobooting modchip to load Wad Manager, follow this
Make sure you have the correct wad files in the wad folder on the root of your sd card. For example if we want to get on 3.2 USA. We would find the wad for IOS30-v1040 and System Menu v289. We would then put these files in the WAD folder on the root of your sd card. With the sd card in your wii, you would load WAD Manager via the autobooting disc or Preloader. We would then select Wii SD Slot, then highlight IOS30-v1040 and install it by pressing + on the wiimote, we would then do the same for System Menu v289.wad and then restart. Wii Fixed.
